Remi has been an independent investor and entrepreneur since 2014 and has been working on various projects related to real estate structured finance in Europe and in the US.

He is co-founder and managing partner of Polaris Investments, a private equity real estate platform that exclusively invests in US real estate transactions. He is also partner in Virage-Viager, a Paris-based real estate company that is pioneer and expert in mutualizing home reversion contracts into investable funds vehicles built for large financial institutions.

Previously, he was an investment professional for 15 years who held several positions in both sell side and buy side firms. He was portfolio manager at a global macro multi-billion dollar fund, Alphadyne Asset Management, in Singapore from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, he was co-founder and portfolio manager at RSR Capital in Singapore from 2009 to 2012.

He also was managing director at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2009 in charge of equity derivatives trading in Japan and in Europe.
Remi holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance from ENSAE, France and an MBA level degree from EDHEC Business School, France.
